香港大學法律系 系主任 趙雲教授： 誠邀宣傳及推薦學生參與多邊凝第二階段-天水圍南社區參與計劃 本辦事處於2020年開展「多邊凝」計劃，旨在凝聚社會各界，就社區事務、民生議題等提供方案，提高社區參與。「多邊．凝」第⼀階段跨界協作改建社區計劃聯同⼯程界專業⼈⼠及來⾃⾹港⼤學、⾹港中⽂⼤學的本科⽣、博⼠⽣，構思天⽔圍社區的改善⽅案。計劃推行⼀年，經過多次公眾諮詢，設計出「天耀廣場⾄天盛商場⼀帶⾏⼈設施及公共空間改善建議」。「多邊．凝」計畫現進入第二階段，試行撥款資助區內大專或以上程度全日制在學學生，舉辦各類活動或服務，旨在提高天水圍南居民社區參與度。 申請項目主題及形式不限，可以由單次或多次活動或服務組成。只接受由大專或以上程度全日制在學學生提出的申請，每份申請須由一個2-4人核心工作小組共同提出，小組成員必須全部為大專或以上程度全日制在學學生，其中至少一位小組成員必須居於天水圍南（天耀、天祐、天麗、天盛、天瑞、天慈）。每份申請計劃書最高申請撥款為HK$20,000。 隨函附上申請須知及海報，冀　閣下協助轉發，並推薦學生參與。附件內容亦上載到google drive(shorturl.at/ovAD1)，學生可進入連結閱覽相關資料。如蒙相助，不相感激。 即頌 學安 元朗區議員 何惠彬 2021年6月9日
